I have several that I use or have used that are trustworthy that I will list for you.  I’m sure there are others, but I only comment on those I have personally had experience with. One big note, always make sure you pay attention to the terms and conditions or FAQ’s because some of the so called “FREE” programs will not pay out unless you make a purchase or meet certain terms.  (I learned that one the hard way…)

There are a few things you will want to do to be as efficient as possible in your PTC programs.  Keep a record (written or electronic) of the programs you are in with the usernames/passwords/email address and if you intend to promote the site to make a bit more money, the affiliate ID.

Step One  – Sign up with payment processors.. The two most widely used and known are Paypal and Payza. You will want to set up an account with both in order to get paid.  Most programs accept one of the two although you may find some that have other payment methods.   If you don’t have an account, you may click here to sign up:

• Paypal  – http://paypal.com
• Payza – http://payza.com

Step Two – Now you will want to choose one or two programs to get started.  Two old and trustworthy sites are:

• Clixsense
• Neobux

If you click on each link, you will be taken to a sign up page. I try to use the same username simply to make it easier for me to remember since I am a member of many different programs.  I also created a separate gmail account for me to get all my ptc related emails to come to.  It helps me keep organized and saves time.

There are different ways to earn depending on the site.  If you want to promote the site, there are sometimes sign up bonuses, depending upon your upgrade status.  Its not necessary to upgrade, but in some you may want to because you can earn more for each click and get more clicks available.  I upgrade Clixsense each year because the value is very good and I always earn more during the year than the little bit I invest.

Once you have signed up, you usually need to activate the account by clicking on a link in the welcome email.  I save my welcome emails in a separate folder so I can have my account information at my fingertips.  Now you are ready to log in and start making money.  I usually take a little time to click around the site to see whats available, if anything is new, etc.  There is usually a link that says view ads, or earn that you click on to start viewing the ads.  PTC are ads you click and look at the site til the timer runs down.  There are many different times as well as amount paid per click.  Some sites require you to click something after viewing to show you are a human and not a bot.  That’s all there is to it, simply click, watch an ad and repeat.

You must have a computer or access to one and the internet.  You can get started at a local library if necessary in most places in the United States.  Internet Marketing encompasses so many different types of programs that it would be impossible to cover them all here, but I will try to mention many of them.  Some I will be able to go more in depth than others.

When I first stumbled into online marketing, I knew absolutely nothing about it other than I heard you can make some extra money, even life changing income online.  Being newly divorced, and having to start over with a lot of debt and no savings, and starting a new job all at the same time, this idea sounded appealing to me.  Now I have to admit, I fell for way to many shiny promises of things that never worked out, at least for me.  I spent a lot of many trying things, working a lot and never quite seeing any real results.

That’s when I started chatting online in some of the traffic exchanges and chat rooms with other people who were also working on building a business online.  I will share some of what I learned along the way (and am still learning).

Now if you are starting out totally with zero money, you can sign up for some PTC sites (paid-to-click). They don’t pay a lot, usually up to $0.02 per click maximum so it can take a while to get to pay out.  There are some out there that promise a lot more than that per click, but they are almost ALWAYS SCAMS and do not pay!  Getting started with paid to click programs is pretty easy to do and most are free to join and participate in.  If you upgrade, you can make more, but it is not necessary especially at first.   I will be adding a page that shows some of the programs I have used or still do (multiple streams of income is always my goal).  You can refer to that page for some information on how to get started.  It may only be a little bit a day, but it adds up.  I use that money to invest in the other programs I want to use as tools or for building my business.  It takes longer, than if you simply have the money to invest originally, but with time, patience and consistency it can be done!

This year did not turn out the way I planned on so many levels, but there were special surprises along the way as well. I got to watch my grand daughter growing and changing. She is so smart and keeps me smiling.  In addition our family also welcomed two new grandsons, twins!  This Christmas was so much fun and it is a blessing to get to share the love with my children and grandchildren.  The time really flies by.

So much I thought I would have done by now in my life. The really great thing about the future is that it can still change..there are so many possibilities that exist.  I am excited and welcome the New Year as a brand new slate, a time to start over and to make things happen.  This is a time to dream new dreams, believe, take action and see what happens! I’m writing my list…..are you?

Part of the reason I started this blog and even ended up here on the internet at all was because I wanted to have more choices in my own personal life.  I was tired of letting so many external forces run my decisions and life.  Having more financial freedom comes down to just that….being able to have more choices available to you than are when you have to rely on a “paycheck” from someone else, often in exchange for giving up your personal time, and sometimes your values to an extent..ie having to work on a holiday or Sunday (or whatever your day of religious observance is).  When my mom was so sick and ultimately in ICU, I had to choose between working (survival economically) and being there emotionally for her.  The day I lost my mom was the day I committed fully to somehow, someway to make myself a success so I would NEVER be put in that situation again.  Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do it quickly enough because this year when my daughter went into labor at only 27 weeks, (3months early), again I had to fight to get time to go be with her and spend time in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit while my twin grandsons spent the first 3 months of their lives there.   At the point of exhaustion from going to work, going to the hospital after and then working online for a few hours, I was almost ready to give up.  Then I looked at those tiny little boys and renewed my promise to myself that I would make this happen.

You can choose to go to work at a job that sucks the life out of you, or you can find another.  For me, I seek the freedom to make my own destiny and choices.  If that means for a while longer, I work instead of play,  research instead of watch tv, etc.  that is my own decision to make.  Life is too short to not enjoy every single minute.  When I am working on my internet project, time flies and I love it…this is what I was meant to be doing.  Writing and helping others makes me happy.  This is my start to acknowledge my own needs and desires and to turn those dreams into reality!  I hope I will inspire and help others along the way.

It sounds like an easy task, but the way my mind works, I am constantly on overload and I am almost overwhelmed with the many programs I have checked out but not really taken the time to delve into.  And here I thought I was being focused.  This is one issue that many internet marketers struggle with.  Even when trying to focus on one program, there are so many related products that get introduced as a tie in, before you know it your hard drive is filling up with ebooks you intend to read, videos you intend to watch and programs for things you don’t even remember.

This may take a while, but I know I will be more productive once I have done it and my computer will love me for making more space!  I know we are supposed to be in a more paperless world, but I guess I will always prefer paper as a backup.

Some of the projects I am currently working on, include rebuilding this blog, beta testing a new mobile application (its exciting and I can’t wait to be able to talk about it!) , writing and updating my other 2 blogs I started for travel  and for babies (since my daughter had twins at 27 weeks – thats 3 months early).  I am also working on an e-book for internet marketers as well.  I think I am going to have a very busy 2013.

As for now, I need to get back to going through those programs to make room for the new ones I know I will end up undertaking in the next few months.  Its kind of like going through your closet to get rid of the old out of shape things and making room for something shiny, new and exciting.

For me, today was a regular day off, so I am planning on using it to do some dreaming, visualizing and planning for the new year and looking back to see what went well, and what can be improved on.  Since the internet marketing world is constantly evolving its important to check on whats new as well as if there are better ways of working along the way.  Programs come and go all the time and since for me, the idea is to spend less time away from my family and friends, not more,  I want to be as efficient as possible and if a program is not working out after giving it an honest effort, consistency and time, its time to stop that program.

One of the things I have learned about myself is that I tend to think I can complete more in a set amount of time than is possible, so I am promising myself this year to stick with each program til I get it going smoothly BEFORE moving to the next thing to include on my list of multiple streams of income.

Okay, its time for me to get down to the fun business of visualizing about my 2013, and then planning to help let it happen….

It made me realize how much we take for granted about our lives, our families and our homes.  Today I want to take extra time to be grateful for the things I do have, and for my family and friends who mean the world to me.

Christmas Day is a special day for people around the world, a day to remind us of the hope and love and joy around us to be be reminded of the blessings big and small that we have been given.

My day will be spent alone with my thoughts and I have some things I will be working on for the next year.  I miss the days with little ones waking up, anxious to see what Santa brought and all the hustle of the day going to grandma’s house, etc.  I celebrated with my family last night and my children have taken over their own lives of running around on Christmas day..wonderful memories of Christmas’s past go through my mind.

But today, will be a time of celebration of the love that was brought into the world this day and a symbol of hope to share with the world.  Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to all my friends all around the world.  In 2013, lets all make a difference, one little thing at a time!

When I started researching money making activities online, I realized that with the right tools and plan, the opportunity to make life changing income exists for anyone willing to follow their plan and take action consistently.  What I want to do is to help people start to learn to make money from their computer.  There are so many ways to do this from simple tasks that don’t pay a lot but can provide seed money for those that need to start with less money out of their budgets, to creating your own products, selling affiliate programs, writing…almost anything you can imagine.

One thing that became apparent is that there are also lots of hoaxes or scams online as well so you must be careful and do your research. Another important thing…. there is NO SUCH THING as overnight success.  If a program promises you will be rich with little or no effort, the only one getting rich is the person who created it.   So consider yourself warned.

As this blog goes on, I may review products or give my opinion.  Some of these may be affiliate links, others may not.  However, I will not recommend anything in my posts that I have not personally used or checked out.  Occasionally programs will change from good to bad and when I find this out, I will also post updates.  Just keep in mind the results I get may be different from those of others, and are not guaranteed.   With that said, if you find a good program and are consistent in your advertising or promoting, your efforts should start to pay off.  With many things, it may take a while to build, but once it gets started, it is like a snowball rolling downhill, growing more and more! So don’t quit too quickly.

I will cover many different types of internet marketing and possibly some other topics along the way!  I hope you learn some and enjoy yourself along the way.
